Focused

We picked up our new Ford Focus today and a nice vehicle with lots of standard stuff that were extras once.
This is our 5th Ford in about 10 years and never had an ounce of trouble with any of them. Since dad was a Ford employee once (I was too but not long enough), I dragged him out to Ford to sign a piece of paper so I get the Ford employees discount. He puts his hand on my shoulder on the way out and says, “Could be your last one, son!”. I said I’d just do a “Griswold” and drag him out there dead if I had to!
As long as a car goes from A to B efficiently, then that’s good enough for us. People who need a status symbol are just up ‘em selves.
Now if someone was to put this in my garage, you could call me anything you like!
I’ll post a couple of photos tomorrow and tell you the fascinating story of trying to buy a bike rack number plate from VicRoads.
You want a bike rack plate for a Motorbike, car, truck, tractor? NO I WANT ONE FOR A BICYCLE RACK! You know, that thing with 2 wheels that you pedal for pleasure.
She rings back later and says, “You did want one for a car, didn’t you”.
The human race is doomed!

“You did want one for a car, didn’t you”?
Naw, I wanted one for my bike so I could take the car with me.
As far as this, I think you’ll need me to drop by and test drive it for you.
Wil, that gif came out blank. Like the woman I dealt with over the phone!
How come 5 in 10 years if no problem? You’ll love your Focus. Why do they charge for a rack.
The Ford Focus may be my next car. I hope it’s comfortable as I sit in my car a lot!
June, we have two cars and trade them in regularly. We have to have a small registration number plate on a bike rack and that doesn’t come with the car.
Peggy, very comfortable and the seat adjusts every way which. Photos on my latest post.
